Graceful Brides by Jane Grace :: Wedding Videography

Graceful Brides videography prices are extremely competitive. Using professional recording and editing equipment, we aim to provide you with a simple account of your special day, without adding a great deal to your total expenditure for the day.

We offer three basic packages; gold, silver and bronze. All you have to do is to decide how much of your wedding you want to have on film. Please note that the prices given are for weddings within a 20 mile radius of Crowborough, East Sussex. Anything over and above this distance, please add £2 per mile to cover travel and time costs.

To secure your booking, we request that a deposit of £75 is paid as soon as possible, and then we ask that payment is made in full 4 weeks prior to the wedding date.

Videography Price Guide for 2008:

Bride getting ready – makeup, hair, getting in to the dress, veil, etc. (this is subject to the traveling time between brides leaving location to venue)
Groom and best man arriving
Arrival of guests
Arrival of Bride and attendants
Entrance of the Bride
Ceremony (subject to permissions)
Signing of the register (again subject to permissions)
Bride and Groom's first steps as husband and wife
Photographs
Bride and Groom leaving for reception
Speeches
Cutting the cake
First dance
Reception party until 8pm.

We are open to suggestions as we understand that people may like to have special moments, or messages that they would like added.

Please also be advised that it is your responsibility to obtain permission from the venue. Some locations may not allow videoing equipment, or will only allow recording in certain areas. It is advisable that you check this before making your booking with us, as any deposit paid is non-refundable.

We can include special pieces of music, if required, and also some still pictures, if you desire (you can even send some special pictures of the wedding from friends, or childhood photographs to be added).

All of our films come with the relevant PPL and MCPS licences which grant us permission to use recorded and live music in our films. The whole thing will be shot, edited and put onto DVD, with a presentation cover. Most edited DVD's range from 60-90minutes.Please contact us for more information, sample DVD or for a free consultation.
